New Trimmer to Brushcutter Conversion kit In accordance with the new ANSI B175.3 Trimmer/Brushcutter Safety Standard, Shindaiwa is offering several new, low cost kits to convert straight shaft trimmers to brushcutters. Please note that these kits are only appropriate for trimmers produced after 10/01/2001.

Estimated set-up time is under 10 minutes. One reason for the quick set-up is that the conversion does not require replacement of complicated handles, throttle assemblies and cables. The kits come in attractive cartons, and are conveniently packaged to reduce the chance for having to look for small "unidentifiable" parts.
