New Online Kohler Warranty Program Set for January 2007![]() Kohler Company has announced that their new advanced warranty solution will go live at www.kohlerengines.com on January 1, 2007. "Kohler's goal was to implement a warranty solution that our service network could identify as world class," says Mark Vande Slunt, Manager-Field Service at Kohler. Some of the additional benefits that dealers will receive through using the new online warranty system include:
Pitt Auto Electric Company and Kohler Company are very pleased to see Kohler dealers using the current online warranty claim system. The current system allows dealers to enter their claims data, look up failure codes and receive email confirmation of their submitted claims. "90% of the Kohler dealers in Pitt Auto's area of responsibility are currently filing warranties electronically. Pitt Auto staff has conducted electronic warranty training during dealer seminars and in our dealers' stores. We look forward to training our dealers on the enhanced Kohler warranty system and all the other free dealer information systems available at www.kohlerengines.com," said Tom Tiernan, V.P., Pitt Auto Electric.
