Invoices

The Invoices section displays a history of your invoices indicated by invoice number, PO and date. To view a specific invoice, select the appropriate invoice number from the list. Each invoice that appears contains the item code and description, ordered item quantity, unit price, order date, and shipment date as well as a link to track shipments when available.

Past Purchases

The Past Purchases section displays a history of items you've purchased by item code. To view more information about a specific item, select the appropriate item code from the list. The following screen displays detailed history for the item, including order number, invoice date, invoiced quantity, and sales amount.

Open Order Status

The Open Order Status section displays the current status of any open orders. Each entry on the list displays order information, such as customer purchase order number, order number, order date, required date, sales value, and open sales value. To view more information about an open order, select the appropriate customer PO number. The following screen displays detailed information about the open order.

Open Quote Status

The Quote section displays information on any quotes entered for your account, including customer purchase order number, order number, order date, required date, and expiration date. To view more information about a quote, select the appropriate customer PO number. The following screen that appears displays detailed information about the quote.
